Мы в BBenny study хотим, чтобы ученики и репетиторы самых разных национальностей, пола, способностей и ограниченных возможностей чувствовали себя комфортно во время занятий.
Неявка ученика (No-Show):
Если ученик не присоединился к занятию в согласованное время — не волнуйтесь!
Прежде всего, отправьте ученику вежливое напоминание через раздел «Мои сообщения».
Если ученик по-прежнему не реагирует на ваши попытки связаться через «Мои сообщения», направьте уведомление в Службу поддержки BBenny study и подождите 15 минут.
Если ученик так и не появился, зафиксируйте факт неявки (No-Show), сообщив в Службу поддержки BBenny study ID занятия, имя ученика и дату. После этого вы можете завершить занятие.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Данные правила являются общими для репетиторов. Однако некоторые репетиторы могут взимать плату за отмену, если ученик отменяет занятие менее чем за 3 часа до его начала или в случае неявки.
Репетиторы готовятся к занятиям заранее, поэтому они имеют право получать оплату за пропущенные занятия, если ученики пропускают их без предварительного уведомления.
Неявка репетитора — это любой случай, когда вы не можете начать занятие вовремя без предварительного уведомления, и в результате занятие отменяется учеником, либо сотрудниками BBenny study. Если вы не явились на занятие, вы должны принять все меры, чтобы исправить ситуацию (связаться со учениками, предоставить скидку и т.д.). Три (3) Неявки может привести к удалению вашего профиля репетитора.

In order to avoid misunderstandings with students or parents, we have created a basic list of things and behaviors that we would like all our tutors to take into account during lessons:

Student No-Show: If your student doesn’t join the lesson at the confirmed lesson time — don’t panic! First of all, send a kind reminder to your student using My Messages. If your student still isn’t reacting to your efforts to reach them via My Messages, sent a message to BBenny study Support staff and wait for 15 minutes. If the student isn’t showing up, report No-Show to BBenny study support staff (specify Lesson ID, Student’s name and date). Then quit the lesson.
NOTE: This is the general Lesson cancellation policy, however, some tutors may choose to apply a cancellation fee if a student cancels a lesson less than 3 hours before lesson start time or in case of No-show.
A Tutor No-show is defined as any incidence where you fail to start the lesson on time without prior notice, and the lesson is consequently cancelled by the student or BBenny study staff. If a No-Show has happened you should take every measure to make amends for the incident (contacting the students, issuing discount etc).
3 No-Shows may lead to the termination of your tutor profile.

Con el fin de evitar malentendidos con los tutores, hemos elaborado una lista básica de comportamientos y aspectos que todos los alumnos deben tener en cuenta durante las lecciones:
En BBenny study, promovemos un entorno donde alumnos y tutores de distintas nacionalidades, géneros, capacidades y discapacidades puedan sentirse cómodos durante las sesiones educativas.
Antes de la confirmación por parte del tutor:
El alumno tiene derecho a cancelar la clase en cualquier momento y sin coste alguno, siempre que la solicitud de clase no haya sido confirmada por el tutor.
Cancelación con más de 3 horas de antelación:
El alumno podrá cancelar la clase en cualquier momento, sin penalización, si la cancelación se realiza con más de tres (3) horas de antelación respecto al horario programado.
Cancelación con menos de 3 horas de antelación:
Si el alumno cancela la clase con menos de tres (3) horas de antelación, el tutor tendrá derecho a cobrar una tarifa por cancelación, a su entera discreción.
Ausencia del alumno (No-show):
En caso de que el alumno no se presente a la clase sin previo aviso, el tutor podrá cobrar la tarifa completa correspondiente a dicha clase.
Nota: Estas normas constituyen la política general de BBenny study respecto a las cancelaciones. Sin embargo, cada tutor puede aplicar su propia política individual en lo relativo a cancelaciones con poca antelación o ausencias no justificadas.
Los tutores dedican tiempo a la preparación previa de sus clases, por lo tanto, tienen derecho a ser compensados por las clases perdidas si el alumno no avisa con la debida antelación.

Tutors prepare for their lessons in advance; therefore, they are entitled to receive payment for missed lessons if students fail to attend without prior notice.
